The Council noted that videomusic Work B ** CH of Britney Spears was diffused during the day on D17 with descriptive of category II (Disadvised with less than 10 years), and on Trace Urban, NRJ Hits, M6 Music, MCA and MCA TOP without descriptive.

In addition, videomusic Wrecking Ball of Miley Cyrus (integral version) was diffused during the day on TOP MCA with descriptive of category II, and on W9 and M6 Music without descriptive.

Considering that, with the glance, for the first, of the production of a sadomasochistic universe which gives of the woman a representation likely to shock many televiewers and, for the second, of scenes with sexual connotation, the diffusion of these vidéomusiques is not in conformity with item 3 of article 4 of the recommendation of June 7th, 2005, which provides in particular that “ for the vidéomusiques ones being able to run up against the sensitivity of young people, the editor endeavours to diffuse them after 10 p.m. ”, it intervened with these chains to indicate to them that these vidéomusiques was to be diffused after 10 p.m.
