Mr. Nizam Assaf, general manager of the electoral Network within the Arab world (ENAR) and director of the Center of studies of Amman for the human rights (ACHRS), and Mrs. Roula Abou Chabke, member of the ACHRS, member of the Management committee of ENAR and director of Lebanese Center for Transitional Justice (LCTJ), paid on June 12th a visit of study at the CSA on the missions of the Council as regards political pluralism in election time.

Since its creation in 2006, the ENAR, which gathers many actors of the civil society of the Arab world, takes care of the good progress of the electoral process and the media coverage of the elections in the area.

The delegation saw itself presenting the media device of treatment of the presidential and legislative elections in France before and during the official countryside as well as the method of follow-up and programme testing, the mechanism of sasine and the power of sanction of the Council as regards pluralism.
