Matter with racist connotation in the emission “Large Mouths”: intervention at RMC

The CSA was alerted about a sequence of the emission of radio the Large Mouths diffused on RMC on November 7th, 2016. The plaintiff belonged to the matter seeming to him racists (“ having worked like a negro ”) at the time of a debate on the social mode of independent (RSI). 

After examination of the litigious sequence, the Council considered that the use of the “negro term, become with strong racist connotation, should have been the object of an immediate clarification of the presenter, which would have underlined the inappropriate character of it. 

The CSA answered in this direction the plaintiff, by it ensuring that the fight against discriminations on the antennas is one of its constant concerns.
