Pursuant to the 2°bis of article 28 of law 86-1067 of September 30th, 1986 relating to the freedom of communication as supplemented by article 35 of the law n° 2016-925 of July 7th, 2016 relating to the freedom of creation, architecture and the heritage, the Superior council of audio-visual opens a public consultation on the methods of the commitments on the other hand to take into account reduction in the minimal proportion of French-speaking titles subscribed in their convention by the services of radios authorized to use a hertzian resource. It also wishes, on this occasion, to collect the position of the contributors on the definition of the new talents and the new productions.

 

Methods of answer to the consultation

The contributions will have to be addressed at the latest on December 20th, 2016.

The answers will be regarded as public and could be put online on the website of the Council, except:

  • data of programming provided by the editors of radio according to the tables in appendix I;
  • elements whose confidentiality will be explicitly required. 

The answers can usefully be supported by complementary documents or studies which will remain confidential.
