Quota of French-speaking songs: almost the whole of the radios signed an endorsement with their convention

To date, the totality of the national radios general practitioners or musical and it quasi totality of the local radios signed the endorsement with their convention with the Superior council of audio-visual for the implementation of the quota of 40% of French-speaking songs founded by the law of February 1st. With 100% of signatures, the radiophonic technical committees of Clermont-Ferrand and Poitiers are distinguished particularly, suvis, with 99% of the CTR of Lille.
This quota, which will have to be reached by the whole of the radios concerned by January 1st, 1996, applies to the significant hours of listening and must be made up at least for half of new talents or new productions.
The few operators who did not satisfy the legal requirements were put in residence to regularize their situation within the shortest possible time, fault of seeing initiating in their opposition a procedure to sanction being able to lead to the withdrawal of the authorization.
