The Council intervened nearby Canal+ Sport after having noted that the chain had exceeded the authorized maximum time of daily publicity on average time with eight recoveries, these goings beyond spreading out between 9 seconds on September 1st, 2012 and 3 minutes 39 seconds on September 15th, 2012.

Indeed, this practice is contrary with the provisions of the V of article 15 of the decree of March 27th, 1992, which provides that the maximum time devoted to the diffusion of advertisements should not exceed 9 minutes per hour on average daily on the whole of the periods of programming during which this diffusion is authorized.
