Publication date: Tuesday, May 15, 2012
Plenary assembly of February 14th, 2012

Within the framework of the call to the candidatures of November 6th, 2007 for the personal edition of television services mobile for national vocation, the Council decided, on February 14th, 2012, to withdraw the authorizations which it had delivered on April 8th, 2010 for the diffusion of sixteen television services: TF1, M6, NRJ 12, I-TV, Eurosport France, Direct Star, NT1 Remix, Direct 8, BFM TV, W9, Orange Sport Information, EuropaCorp TV, Canal+, France 2, France 3 and Arte.

Charged with ensuring a good management of the hertzian public domain, the Council could not maintain the assignment of a radioelectric resource to the profit of a mode of diffusion which the prospects for exploitation were not assured and whereas the editors concerned had not indicated, in the intended deadlines, the operator of multiplexing charged to implement the technical operations relating to the diffusion of these services.
