Michel Boyon, president of the Superior council of audio-visual, Francine Mariani-Ducray, president of the working group “Audiovisual production”, Pascal Rogard, chief executive officer of the Company of the authors and dramatic composers, Hervé Rony, chief executive officer of the Civil society of the multimedia authors and the leaders of the TV channels signed on October 4th, 2012 the charter relating to the technical methods of announcement of following programs, at the end of the diffusion of an emission.

This charter aims to protect cinematographic works and audio-visual patrimonial and not to obstruct the televiewer, without to harm the efforts of the chains for fidéliser their public.

It is the result of a dialogue deepened, engaged, on the initiative of the CSA, between the companies of authors and the chains of television.

The companies representing the authors and the TV channels wrote a collection of hot lines allowing to frame the ads related to the programs like their associated, while respecting the integrity of patrimonial cinematographic works and audio-visual data.

The charter lies within the scope of the development of the new distribution supports, such as the television of correction or the video on demand, which offer to works new means of diffusion increasingly used by the public.
