Publication date: Thursday, September 22, 2016
Plenary assembly of June 1st, 2016

The CSA was approached by the president concerning association S.O.S Homophobie about remarks made by the presenter of the emission It is my choice, diffused on Darling 25 on December 7th, 2015, being ironical in a way moved in connection with supposedly a coming in. The plaintiff considered that these remarks rested “ on stereotypes and prejudices which give birth and feed the lesbophobie, the gayphobie and the biphobie ”.

After examination, the CSA estimated that these remarks, if regrettable that they are, did not characterize a discrimination homophobe. However, he informed the persons in charge of the chain of the concerns of the plaintiff and invited them to carry, in the future, a special attention not to convey prejudices and stereotypes.
