The CSA was seized by Mr. Pierre Royan, member of Working Fight, about the access to the audio-visual media of Mme Nathalie Arthaud within the framework of his candidature for the presidential election. 

After him to have pointed out the rules envisaged by the recommendation currently in force of September 7th, 2016, the Council indicated to him that it will carry out very regularly the examination of the statements of the speaking time and the time of antenna of the candidates and their supports.
